You can't get content and accepting and fully
in the present while you are busily seeking
something else later. Because inherent
in the seeking is a disregard, disapproval,
a lack of respect for the present.
"This isn't OK, I need enlightenment!"
So, if you define awakening by fully embracing the present,
then how are you going to get it by chasing it?
It makes no sense.
